Established in 1992, Francis Teo & Associates has gained more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. It has also expanded to meet the increasing challenges and stringent demands imposed by the construction industry. The firm strives to continually raise its standards so as to be able to meet these demands.

We aim to provide a one-stop service to meet the various needs of clients involved in construction projects - notwithstanding our clients’ extent of involvement in the project. Where construction disputes arise, we are able to provide legal counsel as well as arbitration and litigation services. Our firm also provides advisory services for contract preparation and drafting

We have a team of highly trained, qualified and more importantly, experienced staff who hail from both the legal and construction industry to attend to our clients’ needs. Frequent development and upgrading at the professional level helps to ensure that we are equipped with the necessary tools to change and adapt to meet the constant upwardly evolving standards of our industry.

Having a staff on hand whose expertise comes from hybrid backgrounds in the legal and construction industry, we are able to combine our knowledge and skills to meet the unique requirements of every case that comes our way.
