As quantity surveyors, we can and will prepare the estimates of cost for you. Other financial research and reports on the project can also be carried out at any stage of the project when required. Such reports include Cost Reports to allow the clients to take into account payment of taxes. We ensure you that our staff will work very closely with our clients and will be present at meetings where required.

We can also prepare the Bill of Quantities at any stage of the project when needed for various purposes.

We provide measurement services for tendering. We also prepare tender documents and evaluate received tenders for clients.

Upon the awarding of the tender, we can help to draft the contract itself. We will also advise the clients on how to proceed at different stages in the project, with regard to the contract, as well as point out potential risk areas where claims can or may be made. We are qualified to certify the value of work done by the Contractors at various stages of the projects.

In the course of construction, variations may be made to the project’s initial plans by the Engineers or Architects. Our professionals will be able to evaluate the changes proposed and report to the clients the effects of these proposed changes on the financial, technical and legal aspects of the project. We will also highlight any potential or increased risks that may result from the variations made to the project.

The final stage of the project is often extremely delicate. It is here that we offer our services regarding the Final Account.
